Linea Falter is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, compassionate primary care for patients. She earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Miami and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Nova Southeastern University.

Linea brings nearly a decade of diverse clinical experience to Optimize Medical. Her background includes caring for high-acuity patients in the Emergency Room at Baptist Hospital of Miami, as well as serving in the preoperative and preadmission departments at Weston Outpatient Surgical Center.

She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients, taking time to understand their concerns, and creating personalized care plans that support long-term health and well-being. Whether providing preventive care, managing chronic conditions, or helping patients navigate acute illnesses, Linea’s approach is patient-centered, thorough, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
