Avi is a passionate healthcare administrator with a decade of experience in a wide variety of roles at leading health systems and payers. Avi spent the first seven years of her career in physician practice / hospital operations, business strategy, value-based care and process improvement at leading health systems such as Johns Hopkins Health System, Cedars-Sinai Health System, and University of Miami’s Sylvester Cancer Center.

Avi most recently served as the Director of Care Delivery Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina where she led strategy, operational integration, and business development related to Blue Cross NC’s investments in care delivery and physician practice assets.

Avi also served as an industry scholar with Flare Capital, a leading health tech venture capital firm in Boston.

Avi is a native of South Florida and was raised in Miami, FL. She holds a Bachelors from Tulane University in Economics and a Masters of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the Johns Hopkins University.
